On December 17, 2010, EmberClear merged with Future Ventures LLC to form EmberClear Corp. EmberClear Corp. will develop low emission energy projects using various technologies in thermal chemistry acquired by exclusive and non-exclusive licenses. EmberClear holds options to lease land, coal deposits, technology licenses, a permitted 270 MW power plant and other project related assets.
